I'm feeling so cramp-ified I didn't go school again. Oh gosh. The feeling sucks. But then I remembered later got training also. So in the end I still have to go back to school today. Ok la, I'm still excited for trainings!
Anyway the long weekend is spent entirely with my family. Sunday, went Bugis with my family minus my elder brother, as usual. So first up we went to eat at this weird place called V8. Sounds alien. Food there's not really great too.
Cesar salad. Surprise, surprise- I like this dish best
See, hahahah, disgusting larrr.. But I have to show Iggy I eat vegetable okay.
Then I ate this weird citrus dory fish thingy. Super watered down lor. Haiya! not ncie one la. Over-rated by my brother and mum.
Then later, we went shopping! hahaha. I'm so happy. Previously, I lost my favourite yellow one, from Wacoal (I dunno how I lost can!) and that cost $64 alone lor! Super comfy and fitting.
Psst, for my size very hard to fun exact fit can....I was so sad I cried and tell my mum I want new bras and wish granted. So I bought 3 bras for $95- ouch! But its from Wacoal too, and on sales, 20%. So it's pretty worth it. One for $30 plus can. Anyway, it's really nice, I like. Any fitting too! Hahaha. Okay enough of bras. Whole day was just eat, shop, walk, eat.
The next day, Hari Raya Haji- Monday. Went out with my extended family from my father's side. Main plan was to visit my Ah Kong's niche. We booked a mini van and drove down to Mandai. Before that stopped at some Roti Prata store to have lunch. Also not very nice la. My father was driving, hahaha. Horrible, omgosh! Bouncing away lor. Thank God my uncle took over later.
Ya, so was missing Ah Kong, sort of sad, remember the weird things he did when he was over at our place. And my dad's constant joke in the past, that one day I will come back home from school to find April in a pot. Hahaha. Really cute. He was really really old. reaching a 100. So he lived to a ripe age, though he couldn't recognize most of us by that time and was like a child.
It was a tender moment there. Then we decided later on, went to this place called Marina Barrage, Singapore's new reservoir I think. Pretty boring la. Not romantic. My mum was asking would I even want to bring Iggy here -.-
It's pretty scenic though. This the open sea, I'm facing.
The reservoir. See the water colour difference.
I'm standing on the pier. It's super cold and windy that day.
There's a rooftop and it's a nice view...
That's my uncle and my dad and brothers
I didn't take alot of pictures. There was my aunts and other cousins and grandma.. It was really a whole day with them. Had steamboat dinner at Tiong Bahru. Dreamt about owning a old house there with Iggy. Drive down to Orchard to see the lights.

Well, and that's all. Drove home, Uncle dropped everyone off. Dunno what happen to the van in the end. But it's nice to just to rent a van, squeeze inside and like drive up and down the city. Warm, fuzzy feeling =)
